I gat a 2016 tri-glide about two weeks ago, drove down from Dallas after talking to Jeff about trading my 2011 Ultra classic in. Told him what I was looking for in payments and when it was all said and done the payments were even low then I was expecting. They made me feel right at home while they checked my trade in and got all the paperwork done. I was also able to pick up a riders backrest and mounting hardware at the same time, I have about 500 miles on it and really glad I got it. My wife enjoys the ride and the better sound system. I have told everyone who ask that I got in Tyler because they gave me a great price and great service. I tell them that is where they need to go if the are looking to buy new or trade in on something different.

It was a cloudy, cold and rainy Thursday afternoon March 27th, 2014 when we rolled in to Lone Star Harley-Davidson in Tyler Texas. While on a road trip from the Houston area to the Ozark's, with 6 other couples, my 2005 Roadking experienced mechanical problems. It was a major repair job that would take a couple days to complete. After explaining my situation to the owner (Orrin Latch) and sales manager (Brandon) about our ride being in jeopardy, they went into what appeared to be a full customer service and satisfaction mode. The shop foreman (Randall White) gave me a complete diagnosis of the problem and the best and worst case scenarios as to the possible costs to repair my motorcycle. Brandon hooked me up with a rental (2014 Ultra Limited). Mr. Latch demonstrated a wonderful sense of compassion for our situation and approved some adjusted costs to the rental agreement. Brandon arrived on Sunday afternoon to open up the shop and complete the exchange of motorcycles and payment for the repairs which, by the way, were much less than what I was expecting to pay. By coming to the shop on Sunday, with Mr. Latch's approval, Brandon saved us a considerable amount of money by not having to rent a hotel on Sunday night in order to be there Monday morning when the dealership opened. In the end, the management and employees at Lone Star Harley-Davidson saved our road trip. My wife and I would have missed a wonderful ride. I also want to mention Amanda Burke who completed all the rental paperwork and, from what I understand, she is the "Jack Of All Trades" at this dealership. It is experiences like this that make my wife and I, and all my riding friends, extremely proud to be Harley owners. The ownership and staff at Latch Lone Star Harley-Davidson in Tyler, Texas are a GREAT representation of the Harley-Davidson Company and the motorcycling industry. Although, I am a long time extremely loyal customer of a local Houston area Harley-Davidson dealership, I am truly grateful for the hospitality and a job well done by EVERYONE at Lone Star Harley-Davidson. My wife and friends will always remember and appreciate you. So, to all our Harley-Davidson family out there on the open road, I highly recommend you stop by Latch Lone Star Harley-Davidson and meet the folks there for any and all your Harley needs. I went into the store today to browse around for a motorcycle. A man came up to me and asked me whether I wanted the red Daytona 675 or the black Daytona 675 as I was looking at them. I turned around and told him I wasn't sure at that point. I said I was just looking around to see what was out there. He followed me around the store like any good salesman would and continued to answer all the questions I had about all the bikes. I was there for almost an hour. He was very patient, kind, and professional. Right before I left, he introduced to me that he was the owner. I was shocked and very appreciative that the owner of the dealership was the man I thought was a good salesman who took the time to answer all my questions. Especially when he had other sales people on the floor. This is a great place and when I do decide to buy, I will definitely come here. I recommend Lone Star H-D to everyone out there

From the minute my husband walked in it has been a good experience. Brandon is an exceptional salesman as well as person. The staff are very personable and down to earth every time we have come to the dealership. Brandon went WAY out of his way to make sure my bike was exactly what I wanted--customized a Street Glide Special for me WOW!!! YAY!!!. Louis & I were both super impressed (although saddened) when Brandon called us to tell us not to ride our 5 day old bikes because of a recall. He wanted to make sure we were safe. He told me we were only one of 18 calls he was in the process of making---very impressive. Will keep coming back & send others to Lone Star for sure!

These guys know their stuff !!!!!! I was about to give up on finding a good H-D Tech. I had been to all other available places in the area and left displeased with the outcome; poor workmanship, bad attitudes, and so on. Brian, the tech that got my 2012 FXDWG back in proper order, found things the others were unable to get right or maybe they just didn't care! I could tell he truly cared about doing the job right and getting me HAPPY and SAFE. They are real pro's. I have been to many H-D shops across the USA and found very few that come close to the experience I had with Latch Lone Star H-D. Thank all of you at Lone Star! "I Raise Your Flag"
